For one thing, you can't have any obstructions (like a leg) between a tweeter and the ear, or it will sound verry muffled. Mount the tweet in the A pillar FTW My tweets are in kicks. No blockage or muffling goin on whatsoever. Sounds MUCH better than when my tweets were in the stock locations high and forward in the door,w/ mids down low in the door. They need a longer path than that, and def longer than the mid woofer to be balanced. Im also a tweeter in the kicks guy.....id never do them in the a pillars...but thats just personal preference...I cannot stand them close to my head... Forevrbumpn Posted April 15, 2007 Report Posted April 15, 2007 that fawking sucks man back to the drawing board? I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
