As far as I know, evryone are welcome to join the wcf . . . . . the only difference is that you will not be qualified for any money or cash per class you are in it. Ya you can come and compete in any class you qualify for you just can't win money so if you take 1st second has the 4 shows under his/her belt they get 1st place money!!!
