Getting a loud thump from my subs

I think I might have a ground issue although I'm not 100% sure on that. It started about two weeks ago on a trip down to KC. My subs were playing fine then all of a sudden I would get a loud thumping sound through the subs. Even when the boost is down to 0 (virtually no subs playing at all) I will still get the thump every now and then. My gains on both amps are not even on half and my boost on the amps are only turned a quarter of the way. I'm going to re-run the RCA's to get them as far away from the power wires a possible, but just wanted to run this by the group to see if anyone else has had this problem before. I don't want to re-run the wires just to find out that my issue is still on going.

2007 Chevy Suburban LT1

Pioneer AVH 5700 DVD

Diamond Audio D3 6 1/2 components

Kicker 06ZX650.4 amp

Kicker 06ZX2500.1 (x 2)

DC Sound Lab Level 4 18's with Level 5 coils

Autotek Mean Machine 400.1D (replaced)

Soon to come:

rims

body kit

flow master pipes

Confuscious say "he who say it can't be done shouldn't be bothering man busy doing it"

Now feel free to go crawl back under that rock and leave this to the professionals....

sounds like something is loose and touching when ever you hit a bump. check all wires at the amp, the grounds, wires behind the radio, any eq's or crossovers is there is... but i can almost be positive its a loose wire touching something while the car shakes..

try parking the car with the radio on and car running then go thru every wire and shake them and wiggle them evem at the amp where they screw in.. something will make noise when moved..
