I mean yea, a more powerful sub is almost always more desirable, but if you want a good sub and are limited by budget/space/tastes (ie, dont really want a lot of bass) and only have like 500 watts, its a great sub. A couple links to some box builds: Tahoe Box 1, Tahoe Box 2, Nissan Titan, VW GTI, Mini-Bump, Hummer H2, Ford F-150 My own car builds (current setup --- under construction): Overall Thread, Kickpods, Dash, Back Doors Subwoofer Wall

I'm right at 1k wrms @ 2 ohm. I was looking at the possibility of 2 of them. There sure are a lot of subs out there

Keep in mind, I haven't heard any of the subs yall talk about. Either way, it appears I'm going to gamble.
