ok its possible

look up evga UV plus its a usb video card

then you can get a vga to component or rca adapter depending on where u look

it looks like its not a video card, it just allows you to hook up multiple monitors

i know what your looking for hit ebay and type in vga to rca i think is what i looked up and got one its not a very good pic. quality tho but it works if times are tight

RCA will be fine for your tiny car screen. You said that was its only input, correct? If so, that's your limiting factor and no matter how high quality video adaptor device you get, you're still limited to using composite RCA video due to your screen.

I know RCA is my limiting factor. I just want one that will give as good a picture as RCA can carry.

last I checked you can't get an audio signal out of a USB.

what exactly are you trying to do?

Actually you can with the right software. I have a couple USB headsets with mics, but they require dedicated software.

Any way, I found what I needed. Thanks for the help.
