I believe this shop will built a 240amp alt in the stock honda casing

and this build makes me sad. I'm doing my build this winter after I pay my tuition

2 12" dc level 4xl's

1 3000-4000 watt amp. whichever I can get when ready to purchase, either sundown 3000, rf t4000.1, or american bass vfl 400.1

3 batteries

200amp alt

this is all going into a 2dr honda civic, subs and port forward sealed off from the trunk

.....learning alot from meade and his circle of some of the baddest installers ive seen- thanks guys, for not being so cocky and posting the way it should be done!

can't believe how similar the 2 are

that is alittle odd, mine is also forward sealed off and the t4000, will probably be replaced by a sundown 3500, i was looking at the mechman 200 amp alt, which seems nice.

ive got a 250 amp mechman in my accord.

but look at the new dc alt, its the 270xp, theres a few posts about it in his section.

well i went outside to work on my car, but it's alittle hot out, only 87 but according to the weather channel it feels like 95 with 63% humidity so i'm done already. here is what i did.

i have an air vent that leaks water so i siliconed it up
