trainman0978
great work. Love the fans and the push-pull design for the airflow. BulletInjection
Nice amp setup! Will removing the pretty coverings help with cooling a little bit? Since they will never been seen anyway? Eolly
video on the way it shows how the air flows a little better.About 10 years ago I had a HUGE linear for a cb system I had in a old delta 88. It was mounted to the rear deck. Was a old tube style box from a local am radio station. A friend modified the freq to work in the cb band. In the huge ass trunk of the boat it would still get super hot when I was stompin people being douchebags. One of the guys I talked with on the cb told me to run 2inch bathroom fart fan vent tube from my ac tot he back of the car. I wish I had pictures of it.Looked funny as hell. But when I was droppin the hammer on some fools the ac was blowing cold and I never had a problem with the linear gettin hot again. I have been waitin on somebody to use the vent from the rear air in a HOE to help cool the amps. Quote Go check yo lawn homie
CodyB
video on the way it shows how the air flows a little better.Until I had seen the last few pictures, I had wondered how you were going to exhaust/intake the air from the three fans when I had only seen two in the middle. I had thought it was going to go in on one side, pass through the middle and go out on the other side, waiting on the video to see how it works exactly.Looking like some serious planning has gone into this and the execution is not lacking any of that detail.
