Lets get this outta the way and set the record straight.....I wasn't here because I was given Mod status, I was here to support my Friend and fellow competitor, Steve.

There are what 6K plus member and like 10 mods so obviously you don't need to be a mod to hang out here, get some good info and kick it for awhile. Mod status does nothing more then give you the ability to clean up where its needed...Period!

I'm outta here because I don't need to be in a place where they give the controls to a kid that can hit a button and "POOF" you never exsisted because he feels you said the wrong thing...And what I thought was a friend couldn't, wouldn't and hasn't said a word to me regarding this entire situation....

Also for the record...The "discussion" for someone to not run in SOTM was made AFTER I was no longer a Mod...had nothing to do with me so quit whinning that I "Ruined" it for him. damn! i feel you bro. another real mod gone. like nobody talks shit or bashes on here... i have seen many mods and admin do way worse. i sure hope steve sees this and fixes it. if not it was great having you as a mod.. no power tripping down to earth cool old bastage.

i just noticed you are back, there were several people complaining they couldnt get in and no one was IP banned - not you for sure. You werent banned at all. I know it is our server that for some reason goes into "protect" really easy and if it even thinks someone is attacking the site, it will shut you down. That can happen even if you didnt mean for it to happen. I had it reset a couple days ago and the people complaining are now able to get on and now i see you can too. So for the record, you were not IP banned (like i heard you thought you were)

On to the rest of your post, i gave Chode admin rights here because he does a good job and has been here since the beginning. If he felt you were shitting on someone in the SOTM area, then thats how he felt and it was dealt with. I didnt see it, i even told him i dont have time to read what happened or what was said. When it all went down, i seriously did not have time to look into that or anything else. I told you to take your problem up with the person who you had a problem with. That wasnt me. You sent me a LONG AZZ email which i gotta be honest, i didnt read past the first sentence....why? because its not my problem and i was busy and i already knew you were going to probably rip me a new one because of something i wasnt even involved in and didnt want to be either.

You talk about friend and fellow competitor and how you are here to help me....listen bro, i like the little bit i know about you, but i cant say we are fellow competitors since ive never competed with you and i don't really anymore anyway. I have met you 1 time about 5 years ago and that was about 5 minutes. We have talked on the phone a few times. Your a nice guy, but we arent that close to where i felt the need to run in and see what happened and take care of it. I was actually hoping , since i didnt have time to deal with it, that you would work it out between the two of you.

i actually would rather you guys work it out and you get your status back but it dont sound like you want to be around anymore...oh well, what can i do.

double edit: this post is WELL over a month old and i just now saw it - that shows you how much time i have to deal with (petty) issues around here.....i bet this could have all been handled different.
