Team_DC-Derrick Posted August 14, 2009 Report Posted August 14, 2009 its all on your install, what is your box setup? ported or sealed? if ported what is it tuned 2? LPF i would do about 55-60hz and below should be nice, you can tweak that tho. Phase on 0 im assuming since i think all that does is reverse the waves comming out, not sure on that one. and your subsonic, if sealed leave it at 0, if ported, do about 5hz below your tuning The DC Integra 3 18s to 6 15 build log Team_DC-Derrick's Youtube Team DC Audio where theres a will theres a wall....... I just realized Steve has reach Voldemort status, over on JP's site he is the one who will not be named....."We dont speak his name over here, fearing it will destroy us" LOL not even in hush tones

thehoe92 Posted August 14, 2009 Report Posted August 14, 2009 I usually go +-80hz on the LPF it gives it a nice transition into midbass. SSF set to about 24hz just in case it has a slope to it. gains read the sticky or find someone with an oscope and phase set to 0 Wouldnt be thehoe92 without teh purple

So you're -0dB until you get to the filter point... why go 24hz on a 33hz box, that way you're still only like 6db down at 20hz and your cone will be flapping like a... umm... really flappy thing... 10.x volts fo' life!
