berniebp87 Posted December 3, 2009 Author Report Posted December 3, 2009 Time to post some pics again done some wiring and reinforcements to the amp "floor", looks a bit better now This is how it looked with the 2 channels hooked up, still looks like shit though Looks a bit better with all the amps and cleaned up The rods pointing up is to fasten the box with. Bought 3 plates of 19mm MDF today, gonna start building soon, gonna be fun!!! berniebp87 Posted December 7, 2009 Author Report Posted December 7, 2009 The box build has started, box is gonna be 11.3 cubes tuned to 38-39hz. when its finished it`s gonna have double MDF on all sides and trippel on the top and a ton of bracing. And it`s not gonna be any srews involved in this build, just wood an glue. It`s more time consuming, but hopefully it`s gonna be strong as hell (and real loud) This was my starting point After a bit of cutting Gluing the bottom part The sides and the bracings of the port Gluing the sides off the box and then the top of the box More to come later!
