loganberry Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Posted April 5, 2010 im thinkin imp rise is fine for me, i mean as of right now with a sub a amp and a coil per channel each coil is at 5.49 ohms with rise, so im pretty sure i wont have issues, did yours blow or just go into protect? My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk
loganberry Posted April 5, 2010 Author Report Posted April 5, 2010 well i grew some balls and dropped the ap's down to 1 ohm each, im still really nervous about it but so far so good...gain is on half, and with the deck on 20 (when i used to play it at 25) and the bass at -5 (when i used to have it at +3) its wayyy louder than it ever was before...voltage drop is still minimul too, still seeing 13's my new bass knob was shipped today, my strobe lights are comming from china FTL but thats the only place i could find some for a reasonable price My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk

loganberry Posted April 9, 2010 Author Report Posted April 9, 2010 well it was paint day for the f150 something i have wanted to do for a long time, little cosmetic things that have pissed me off...and for those who paint you know how long all the prep work can go, now, i didnt want total correction of the pieces as i knew that wasnt possible, just wanted a nice little rejuvination and it worked!! im so impressed and im not even done yet My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk
