Best headunit for ~$500

Recommended Posts

Im going to be buying a headunit this weekend and I'm not sure which one to get.

Only things I would really like to have are 3 4v+ preouts and iPod capable. Oh and some sort of eq would be nice

i would go with the alpine 9887 and it can be had for way under 500$

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

I think I'm going to order that DVD player. Only problem is I have the same year civic steve does so I would have to fiberglass the climate control area like he did, except I've never fiberglassed lol I've always wanted a double din DVD player but never got one because I have a single din but I may just start cutting shit up and hope for the best
