Duece22
okay that one sub is wired to 1 ohm so im assuming theyre wired in series which would bring it down to .5 ohm Ill be honest with you, i dont know if they are wired in series or not. Would that mean one sub has a wire going to the other? Because if so, they dont. This is what the local shop did, so i have no clue. If you get a multimeter, take a measurement at the wires going to your amp to see what your final ohm load is. Quote ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ BASS14
there should be a wire connecting the IIRC i had D1s at one point, wire the + from sub 1 to amp and - to sub 1 to amp, then connect another wire from the + and - from sub 1 to sub 2 with jumper goin from + on one coil to - to the other coil. again thats IIRC and while your at it take a DMM and check the ohm load at the wires that go into the amp, to me sometthing dont look rite in the way they wired. Team_DC-Derrick
they have them wired up right, my guess is the box is 2 small, port is 2 small, or they have your gains all fucked up, look up at my other post.. i would check your subsonic as well, if you play some low banger stuff you could be bottoming out your subs because those boxes could be tuned high, it looks like a prefab box to be honest.. and most are tuned to like 40+hz generally..
