3stagevtec Posted August 22, 2009 Report Share Posted August 22, 2009 Concept box is 3.2cu.ft tuned 34Hz i cut and used a piece of 6" high density PVC to smoothen the air flow through the port 1.25" dowels for bracing the next step from here is to make a face plate for it to cover the face with a black cloth.. i was thinking to get the DC logo spray painted onto the black cloth in red.. should look awesome when finished.. 3stagevtec Posted August 22, 2009 Author Report Share Posted August 22, 2009 (edited) looks good, turned out just like your sketchup i used Turpan Ultra Light mdf for this build.. it isn't the strongest but extremely light (helps me save on fuel costs).. surprisingly, the box hardly flexes with those braces, my deck remote moves around when placed on the top of the box, but it won't hop into the air..
