I'm a EMT, I was home this morning, and went to go on I think about 6am this morning, and I saw the bandwidth error, so I went ahead and txt'ed him. I logged on at about 8 or 8:30 for a few minutes but was too sleepy to post, so I logged off and took a nap. It seemed fine then. Maybe I was too sleepy to notice...
