15" subwoofer

Recommended Posts

Could I just calculate how long one port would have to be to get my desired frequency and then put more ports in till I get the area I need?

if you add port area, you need to lengthen the port in order to maintain the same tuning as the port with less surface area.

also...what do you plan on pushing this sub with? if you're on such a tight budget...i hope you dont skimp on the amp :( clean power ftw

EDIT: i installed a couple soundstream T4 tens in my friends celica and they sound very nice. and they are very nice quality. imo i say you go with that. it's a nice product and you'll be happy

Not planning on it. I was looking around to find one. I've yet to find one I like but I'll keep looking.

I was kinda leaning towards the Hifonics line.

My comp setup (Not bad for what it is):

HP Compaq Presario V6120US laptop with:

15.4" widescreen

AMD Turion 64 X2 1.6GHz processor

2x1GB stick DDR2 SDRAM (667 Mhz)

Seagate Momentus 500GB SATA HDD

128MB shared video memory

Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

12 cell Lithium Ion battery (actual battery usage time: 6 hours)

Audioque's amps are pretty nice for the money, too.

How much is the 1200D new?

get the lvl 3 the rest of those are throwaway subs, atleast you can get a lvl 3 reconed :)

I was about to PM about the price, but I don't know if those will take 1kW daily. I know they are conservatively rated, but I'm not sure how much.
