In Florida two of my friends actually have blue turn signals, but I guess they are just lucky not to get caught with them. Bulbs can be any color, as long was they flash amber for turn up front and amber or red in the rear..I have silver tipped bulbs in my Tundra, but they flash amber. I have them for my backup lights too, but they light up white.
