There wired in series at 2.7 Ohm, everyone is telling me that I should run them at 1ohm parallel, my amp would be putting out 1100rms. Should I? Chris Posted April 16, 2007 Report Share Posted April 16, 2007 Yes, run all +'s together and all -'s together to create a 1.5ohm load & most likely get around 1000watts RMS out of that amp. You simply cannot get a 1 ohm load out of 3 dual 4ohm VC subs, but this is your best bet. God speed, I'd either get a new amp, new subs, or leave it just how you have it. Although I don't know what your impedance would look like with rise in the box you have.
