(I think its his) but basically your port has to have as much area as your sub. Lowroll
I think he ment square inches Like finding the surface area of the sub? its Pi x (r squared) for an 8 it is 4 (radius in in.) x 4 = 16 x 3.14 = 50.24 * & to find the square inches of the port opening multiply height x width Current System: Pioneer 6900 HU Front Stage: (for now) Soundstream tarantula 5.25 in the doors Soundstream tarantula 4x6 in the dash Kenwood 400.4 for mids & highs Bass: 4 Soundstream RW-12's 2 Power Acoustik Stax 4000/1D's single chamber box, 2.65 cubes. rizzy71
nice... hows it sound? got vids? im planing to get a pair of E8s to put in a tline too... Sounds really good, I had some people set in there and wouldn't let them see what was back there to see if they could guess what it was, most of them thought it was a pair of 12's. I didn't think they would be that loud becuase of the size, but now I see why people like Tlines so much .I'll take some vids tomorrow, pretty busy doing work around the house all day and still have shit to do tonight.
