cc_audio
I wish I had your trunk, look at all that height! Why not do some slot ports forward out of MDF. Aero ports are for lazy people and number farters (I'm prolly startin a fight ) I never use aero ports unless the customer brings them too me. I would consider them, but damn they are expensive, MDF is much cheaper and the results are just as good, if not better depending on skill level. I wish I would have taken more pics because I am missing a lot of how to's that would have helped you. Good luck on the build, I'm def tuned! Quote It's all gone! Your building into a trunk, no one will be able to draw you a plan that will actually be able to help you. You need an idea in your head and basically wing it as you go, but always think way ahead. I ran into atleast 2 dozen problems and my original idea was completely scrapped by the end of it, but thats how in trunk builds go when your desperate for airspace. Start with the floor, and then check height clearances with the trunk closed to find your outline on your trunk floor, then you can get an idea of potential airspace. Ideas will come you as you build and brace the shit out of everything. Fiberglass is your friend for multiple angled sides. I used to have a 12" Solo X so I am an ex-kicker guy now. marquettefan247
the thing is if I fiberglass my trunk I can't get it out to sand or anything. For now I just want a box that goes from the opening to the back for the trunk. That isn't too hard to build. I will work my way up with glassing when I do my rear deck. Bumpindemlowzz
if you have the same trunk space as me a btl could fit back there with a slid in box. if you of course cut out the metal thats in the way.
