94 Bonne Build- Orion Hcca 15.2

Recommended Posts

Hello there,

This build may not be much because it is my first build and most of the work will be done by my, with me going off the knowlege I have learned on this forum.

Had a a few system before, but nothing serious, just smaller, lower power stuff, all installed with amp kits and prefab boxes.

My goals outta this is a 145 out of my trunk, and to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible, comments or suggestions appreciated.

All will be done in a 1994 Pontiac Bonneville, I am on a sort of budget retriction due to the fact that I am tryin to finish my senior year, work alot and have a sperate sport I compete in which takes up the majority of my time, but any way. O and I am also somewhat limited on my tools lol. :aggressive:

The Equipment:

1 Orion HCCA 15.2

3.9 cubes @ around 35 hertz

40ft of knukonceptz 1/0

Monster RCA's

Amp will more than likely be MB QUART DSC1500.1D

Battery is undecided, either a Kinetik HC 800 or SHURiKEN SK-BT60

Other Task:

Falsle floor

Amp rack

Big 3

Orion HCCA 15.2- This thing is fuckin beastly...

believe me man if i had knew a bit more when the sub was built it would have been lower :give_rose:

but the box was built mostly by my friend, he did a awsome job, except some corners lol

Cracker- although it does need touch up work, the orion hcca will def be heaveir so i will need to brace it,

i already had to shave a inch from the hole to get the huge basket or the orion in the, the mofo 15 fit fine before lol.

Nice sub......cant wait to see it finished. You might want to get a bigger amp though these subs can take massive amounts of power. You can put 2500rms easily on one of these.......

aww man i def would love that but im am on a sort of budget, dont get me wrong if i find another, reliable, more powerfull amp close to what i am gonna pay for the mb quart then u bet ur ass id love to take it lol.

but more amps means more power, bigger bats, alt ect. not sure what my budget will b like.
