Ram Posted September 18, 2009 Report Share Posted September 18, 2009 so lets say fedex does say it was damaged in shipping or some other bs will they take the money back from me? edit:its funny you said it looks like he screwed it up. bill asked if he over tightened it. my buddy said thats what happened when he overtightened his. if they try to take my money i would really hate to have to ask my cousins drive an hour to his house. to get it and whatever they see back. i know with my sub, the 'seller' had to send me a new one, the old one was taken by fedex, and i think he was refunded the amount that was paid for it. SSOOO i called fedex, i need you phone number. and you need to be home tomorrow or tues between 8am and 6pm. with the box and everything that was in it as well as the battery.they will take it and examine it. i have all the pics saved that i got from you as well as the battery before i shipped it. they said that will help as well...they are going to have you fill out a claim form.and go from there. let me know what day works for you.
