davewms9605
Question, im looking to do a project soon, i had a thread on here before about putting some 18's in a trunk and alot of guys suggested me do a wall. I have never attempted such a huge feat and quite frankly, scared to! But, on the other hand i could actually do it. Can anyone point me in the right direction on what materials i would need? Some decent 18's (used or new) and how do i go by designing a wall? its a 2002 pontiac grand prix! and maybe 2-18 inch Fi's. I looked on these threads and boy, its a lot of work to wall some subs. Does anybody charge to design me a wall with a cut sheet? and how much. I never done anything like this and definately cant afford for someone to do it for me!! But, i want to give it a shot. Also does anybody else make 18's besides Fi and Sundown which they are reasonably priced? Boon
You can't really do a cut-sheet for a wall - they're specific to the vehicle and equipment. You just have to get in there and ruck some shit up If you haven't built a lot of boxes before maybe a wall isn't quite the thing for you yet. Quote 10.x volts fo' life! Like someone said every car's buit different so wood need to be cut different. YOU can build inside or build outside then bolt on the car. Do you have tools and any knowleges of measuring? Build a wall just need creativity, time, motivation. Peoples give you mad props when you build a system no one else does, and that what i love about audio
chase216
if you can build a box just start off with a wall that you can build outside then put in and anchor it in the car not as scary as you think
