that could explain the tightness of the bass :D

i reckon a 15 in such a big box should be very boomy , especially at around 30hz

yeah you're right...the lower it gets the more it rumbles...that's what i love about it. plus i have drugs on it

Nice looking box you got going on so far. Someone else posted that its too close to the door. How does that affect the sound?

would facing the port up affect the loudness (spl) of the setup?

yeah it does but why dont you fold that seat behind the sub box and move it back a little JUST to see if it affects the sound at all. if it doesnt then psh who cares if it LOOKS like its too close to the trunk.

Amalan that's a good idea. I think I'll try it. The reason why it looks so close is because I have a bluetop between the back rest and the box. When I get a batcap, I can relocate and that should fix things up.
