8Deuce
what setups have you had in the past? or what are you used to?I've had walls & trunk setups in the past. Nothing like looking in the rearview & seeing a bunch of subs behind your head. lolThis was my last setup before I bought the Mag... These were 9 MA Audio HardKore 12's w/ 3 MA HK4000D amps on them (1 on each 3 subs) Edited September 26, 2009 by 8Deuce

micahmye
I'd go with 4 12's also, cone area>larger woofers. Quote "The Pimp Van" Build "The Pimp Van" Rebuild Youtube Photobucket Feedback For Sale
8Deuce
I'd go with 4 12's also, cone area>larger woofers. This would be true in the 4 12's vs 2 15's, but my real dilemma is either to keep the back seat & do one of those choices OR lose the back seat, wall it & do maybe 4 18's. Maybe I wasn't clear on my dilemma in my original post...
mr.p
i think you will be much happier without a wall, 4 12's on 10kw will jam like no tomorrow. personally i dont like the sound of walls you lose that transfer function you would normally have. Bigg Boy
From playing around with my magnum, I think 4 12" is also the best option. I read on someone's topic where they were telling a guy to wall his burban behind the 2nd row seats instead of the b-pillar so that the wave will have time to form. Is that what you're referring to?
