ArtemCRV
What's better choice 1 sub or 2 subs of the same power both? Let's say we have one Pioneer sub 1000RMS (not over or down rated) or two Pioneer subs 500RMS each (not over or down rated). What's gonna be more powerful and/or better quality of sound? im a tree hugging faggot who enjoys long penis with a side of whipped cream if you know what i mean
andym85
two subs SHOULD be louder because of more cone area...as far as sounding better...very dependent on your tastes i likes me some audio stuff...

Given the subs are both given their rated RMS, and given they are both the same size, and given both set ups are in a box built to specs, the 2 subs should be louder. They will both have similiar qualitys of sound given they are put in good homes. ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ IH8PunkRok
normally 2 subs are better than one. as long as they are the same size. now if you are comparing say an 18" vs two 8's its not the same story but if they are the same size subs, best box conditions and same power, normally the 2 subs will win its physics -Matt2005 Dodge Magnum RTJVC KD-AVX1 2 PPI S580.2 Obsidian Audio ST1 Horn Tweeters PRV 8MB450s Audio Legion 3500.1D 2 RE MT 18s 360 ah LiFePO4 BatterySHCA 2/0 155.2 @ 29 hzKicker CVR 15's buildDD 3512e buildMini T-Line Build(6) 8s BuildNightshade 15s Wall BuildMagnum AB XFL 12s BuildNewest Magnum Build

ArtemCRV
normally 2 subs are better than one. as long as they are the same size. well let's say the same size or 2" diff. - 1 12" or 2 10" now if you are comparing say an 18" vs two 8's its not the same story Ok and what's the difference till they give the same power? Let's say one 18" 1000RMS or two 8's 500 each. but if they are the same size subs, best box conditions and same power, normally the 2 subs will winits physics ok that's what i've asking for im a tree hugging faggot who enjoys long penis with a side of whipped cream if you know what i mean
