If you're looking for low price SQ, check out TC Sounds. The TC-2000 is IMO their best SQ sub that does not incorporate LMS technology...

TC is nice stuff no doubt.

but I think I'm going to stick with a 15" Q with the BP power option. It'll handle 1200-1300 watts and have great SQ for $309 shipped to me. Thanks guys

Im sorry to say that Fi Q and SQ dont really belong in the same sentence. Ive heard quite a few of them and believe me, they are not SQ oriented subs...Very inefficient drivers...

Theyre great subs no doubt, every one ive heard impressed my with its output. But if its SQ your looking for I would not reccomend it...

I fully agree with Cloak here.

Some people's reference of "good" sq is shaded to say the least.

Sorry FI cant come close to an 05 xxx or a brahma, in terms of sq and low end extension.

If you still want to have a FI woofer, because it's the cool thing... Then get the Q, It will sound better on music than the btl.

That is all.

i own a pair of BLs and i would still reccommend the Q for a sound quality application.

wont need nearly as much power for them either...

i love my BLs though... :)

there are better subs for SQ applications but most will be happy with the Qs...

if your normal and not too anal, the Qs will work great for you...

im only saying that because the Qs are being compared to two very high end drivers that were both double the price of the Qs.

we all know there are better sounding subwoofers on the planet than the Q...

Yea...to be quite honest, most of the system's I've heard are the ones I've built myself. So I don't have a real wide basis of comparison here...I'll be happy with the Q I'm sure...
