It's basically an interface that allows your alarm to interface with your iphone to arm and disarm your alarm as well as start your car all via the iphone. Just wondering what people think about this. Im looking at getting one to put in my project truck. My System: Pioneer AVH-P3200BT 4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors) 8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash) 1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs) 2-18" BTL's (for now) Crescendo 3kwp (for sale) Complete rebuild coming soon... Exactly, thats what I saw too. From what I've seen it's available as a upgrade to some existing alarms, and some new alarms just meant for that, but they all are supposed to come with an "old school" transponder. It's not an app, but I do know they make OBD II scanners that transmit to your phone real-time via bluetooth...looked them up while doing a school project for Research In Motion (Blackberry).
