Jared420
sounds kind of high, but its his price. he sets it, and hes responsible for making it worth the cash...but IMO, 2 good 15s are not gonna like only 4 cubes man Yea I was kinda afraid of that. And I understand its his price and he makes it I wasn't really saying its unfair I guess but more getting 2nd opinions on if its worth it. I feel like 2 15s would beat alot harder than my 12s would but I wasn't sure about airspace. Ive heard the alpine type Rs dont need much space to get loud? I dont want to spend money to lose anything. Im not so much going for numbers on the Tl since i dont compete but I just want to hurt my ears and my friends. I just want to be heard from far away. Ray
I just want to be heard from far away. then take the seat out. Need room for boom.. Ditch the seat if you wanna beat. Really though, if your looking for really loud you need to ditch the seat Quote 2008 California state record holder 157.2 Bassrace2009 California state record holder 157.0 BassraceRollin 50's 158.7db2009 King of Cali Bassrace2009 USACi score 160.5 @ 42hz
HHR Ed
I can build you a really nice looking box with paint or vinyl covering. And I can make it one of the loudest boxes possible. And I would charge $250-$400 Quote Ed Lester ShowtimeSPL Host Showtime Electronics Video MarketingMy old Build Loghttp://www.stevemead...08/#entry511451http://www.youtube.com/showtimespl 5 time dB Drag Finalist Last ride 2007 HHR, current dB 153.5 and bass race 149.4 dB. 153.0 dB on music New Ride, 2008 HHR SS. Really though, if your looking for really loud you need to ditch the seat Thats my other problem. I am being really picky. I didn't buy an extended cab just for system space. I want to be able to seat 2 people in the back. I know im not helping my own cause by being this picky but I like the option of being able to bring more than 1 person places. If I took out the backseat all I would need is a big rectangle box, and that i could make myself. I mean the price of 6-800 didn't even include any type of finish on the box and I dont see the materials costing much more than 100$ the box will only be between 4-5 cubes so 2 sheets of mdf should do the job. I just cant justify spending the same amount of money I paid for all the subs and my amp for just a box to maybe get a little louder.
