JSwongerAA
I've seen a dude do concrete in a Street C setup in his explorer. 4 12's and a Maxximus. 2 subs firing out to each side and a pair of 6 or 8" Aeros firing to the rear. He boxed in the Aero's and poured concrete over them. Did a 155.4 all in the cargo area and below the window line. I tried to lift that box by the aero's. The truck's suspenion moved quite a bit, but i couldn't budge that box. I swear that box must have weighed 500lbs. empty.

LOL dont even worry about anything concrete for a daily driver, for bracing most of us use either 1" dowel rods or all thread. ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ JSwongerAA
I've personally never done concrete in a build but its just like pouring a basement, except you keep your forms as the inner and outer panels of each wall of your box. From one side of the box to another: (MDF) Concrete (MDF) Airspace (Mdf) Concrete (MDF)
HHR Ed
If you truly want an indestructable box, Make a basic mold or rough shape with MDF, Then fill it with a mixture of Polyester Resin mixed with Sand and Fiberglass Fibers. . It will be very expensive and heavy, but when all dried and cured, the box will be fire retardant, and will be so hard and dense that saw blades will break if you try and cut through it and drill bits will take forever trying to drill through it. But, If you just want a strong box to be good for enough for daily playing with alot of power, then do at least 2 layers of MDF or Birch and fiberglass the inside. HHR Ed
BTW, concrete is brittle and cracks easily. Far from Indestructable.
