Circular saw: $50 give or take Jig saw:$20 - $30 Drill: $20 to $30 you could use a router for the holes to make them nice and neat but like the rest of us broke people you can get by with just the jig saw. that's it for tools really. wood and fiberglass will cost you another 150 to 200. but i wouldn't suggest a project this big for someone who's never worked with such things before.
