Marlo Stanfield
I'd be scared to see the amp draw from this thing @ 12 + 14 volts. At 14v the 6500D was pulling over 100amps more than my VFL400.1 was @ 1ohm, but the VFL was .2db louder. The XXX series will do sum big power numbers at high voltage for sure but for a daily amp I wouldn't really suggest them. Even from the SS reps I talked to a little while back advised me how inefficient they really are at lower voltage, I found that to be slightly concerning. 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... Boon
I'm going to say it'll make approximately the same as a DD Z2LV tbh. I'd be scared to see the amp draw from this thing @ 12 + 14 volts. At 14v the 6500D was pulling over 100amps more than my VFL400.1 was @ 1ohm, but the VFL was .2db louder. The XXX-6500D was such a god-awful amp at 12v :G 10.x volts fo' life!

Marlo Stanfield
On 16v I'm sure an SD 12kd could do 15k watts @ 1ohm. 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... New setup, old ride...
