Decaf Posted November 8, 2009 Report Share Posted November 8, 2009 just a thought. wouldnt hurt to use some 8 gauge for speaker wire with that big of an amp. what you have wont likely be enough. yeah get rid of that tiny azz wire use some nice 12g/10g/8g wire since ull be running 50v+ thru that speaker wire or double/triple up on smaller wire... the name of the game is reduce resistance... and little things like large enuf speaker wire can raise ur "resting" impedance which will translate to slightly less power this is a great combo... as long as the electrical is upgraded it should last awhile too Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
