I have a problem with my windows also.

I just roll mine down and the noise is gone.

I don't know what else you could do other then mat the whole door.

my roof does what is in ur avatard

and the windows are all the way up, and they still rattle even when the windows is slightly cracked, i think some of the rubber moulding is gone, and the WHOLE car is matted including the entire door

Umm turn it down then... But I'd open up the door panels and see if something came loose causing them to wobble so much.
