kl0wn Posted November 14, 2009 Report Posted November 14, 2009 Topic about running the AQ1200d at .5 ohm load, it's not exactly the AQ2200d, but same thing should apply http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...showtopic=61352 06 Mini Cooper S Sundown, SoundQubed Cadence, XS Power 151s Sealed 155s Outlaw Windshield @ 37hz
Marlo Stanfield Posted November 15, 2009 Report Posted November 15, 2009 I definitely wouldn't suggest running the RF amp @ .5ohm at all. What is it with everybody wanting to run amps below rated lately?? Regardless if the amp can take that ohm load or not, it will break the warranty(if there is one) and they will not like running that low. The manufacturer ratings are there for a reason. 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... New setup, old ride... QX56 is staying stock til I get loud...
