LoudBlazer Posted November 19, 2009 Report Posted November 19, 2009 Well I am doing single baffle but I built an exo skeleton or whatever you want to call it aroudn the box out of 2x4s, xfoam and wood glue. Seems pretty solid. trying ot also avoid as many sharp edges inside the box. The winner in the 0-1800 watt trunk class this year did a 147.9 off of 179X watts. I believe you know Gary aka Bangin Altima. Since you guys will have some shows up your way this year you should get him to give it a try. That's a 4th order box, right? I can see the port on the baffle where the subs are mounted but I don't see any other, so how does the bass get out of the box? Those 2x4's that you installed vertically just behind the rear seat are being used just for bracing, right?
