thumpintundra
ok guys, i have an idea of how to build a fiberglass enclosure, but i've never used fiberglass before. if this goes well i might also try some new door panels (this is all goin in my friends 67 GTO) so my question is what do i need. yes i know i need cloth, epoxy, resin, and fleece, but where is the best place to get it from, and how heavy of fiber cloth do i need, etc. also do you use epoxy resin or polyester resin? cracker
a good idea might be to try it out a lil. mix a very lil bit to just see how it goes. get an idea on drying time since in warmer temp it can sneek up and setup on you and in cooler temps it takes a bit lomger. i learned in warm/hot temps and the reason i sugggest this lol. imy first box had huge gobs of resin chunks over the one side lol. that was back a while but i ended up wasting more than i wanted and it set me back since i had no more funds at the time for more resin. just something to think about, its not bad though March 2010 SOTM winner my old buildhttp://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/50219-dank-aka-crackers-bonne-new-v2-build-in-the-works-hahahaaaaaa/page__hl__crackers my youtube page - http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=jackiedan04#g/u my feedback - http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/56540-official-cracker-feedback/ i need tacos and bass to live!!!!! and will NEVER change hahaaaa TEAM NOIZE VIOLATION
