And from reading a few reviews all over the place about the Droid I heard it was kinda sluggish, so ima stay with my LG Dare (had it since it came out and no problems at all). But, if I had to, I would do something with the phone first, if you don't have warranty or if they won't let you get a new one for $50, I would do the free trade for env touch to have a working phone.
