old dude Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 i got my level 5 18s this morning at work. the guy fliped the boxes end over end to get them to the back of the truck and then pointed out that the one box was open so be carefull he said that nothing falls out. i could see that the other box was torn up pretty good too so i told him not to leave until i had a chance to inspect my subs. one had been droped out of the box and rolled around on the motor and basket knocking little chunks of magnet off and scuffing up the basket some. after looking close at all glue joints and baskets it appears everything is good just cosmetic damage. these subs realy must be built to take a pounding i am counting the minutes till i get off work to start work on installing them. i have had a constant steam of people in and out of my shop today just to see these beast.
