Rumor is that it is a hard amp to come buy! Most of these where offered to Team Soundstream members. The amp was to be a 12k, but instead they are claiming its a under rated 10krms. PPI use to be owned by Directed Electronics but they sold it off, the new owner of PPI is Epsilon (which is the same company that owns SoundStream). From what I read PPI is releasing some new stuff at CES 2010, but this amp wont be one of the items. The amp overall looks like a mini me version of the soundstream XXX15000, Hertz 15k, or the Cactus ELT12 (as for the price from woofersetc, Id save myself a few hundred and get the elt12, and have mo powa)!
