Torres Posted November 30, 2009 Report Share Posted November 30, 2009 (edited) lol. punch in numbers in the first 3 for box dimensions. put in outer dimensions as the calculator takes away for wood displacement. the next 3, put in port dimensions. just keep in mind that port HEIGHT is the distance from the port wall to the sub wall. i use height as that measurement cuz i'm used to CRX style boxes lol. then put in the length of the port. and then the sub displacement. which is usually around .2 per sub. make it a lil bigger for bracing displacement. the thickness of the wood stays at .75" unless you plan on double layering all the sides. if the port uses at least 1 wall of the box as a side for the port, check the slot port checkbox. if the port bends, check the second one as well. all the information is displayed on the right of the program.
