But for real to the OP - Best way is to start with other friends with systems first, regardless of what ya'll have. Then devise sum sort of name for your team, attend local CA shows together and get sum decals made up so people @ the shows see that you're a team. Then once you guys get sum competitions under your belt, maybe even upgrade your systems, and only then if you want sum fresh people to your team then post something up looking for possible applicants. 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer...
