sundownz
I've been looking for 30-45 minutes for my power clamp... no luck... so I cannot give power to SPL comparisons at this time. Simply comparing HU volume levels... with my HU sub control at -3 this is the results: MONSTER : 151.6 dB NS v.2 : 154.0 dB The NS may be seeing way more power due to reduced inductance... I have no way to know until I find my clamp. The Monster kept getting louder until the HU hit +6 as well where it did 155.1 dB. I will do more testing later... had an issue with the samples coil formers / coil leads being too short so I had to rig it up to work... one connection broke in my testing. I am ordering new coil samples with taller formers / taller coil leads for production and further testing. I will try to rig it up a better way to get more testing until then, though!
