ive got 36 wide 14 tall and 32 deep to work with as well

Depends on more than 1 thing, but the 10's would most likely be louder, because of cone area. 3 12's would be better suited to be louder than 4 10's, but again, depends on many variables.

well... i could do 3 12s as well but dont think i could fit them all on theface of the box with the port to fire it all forward unless theres someone who can fit 3 12s... and a port on the front thats only 15 tall and 36 wide lol

You just need a better box and better 10's ;) 10's can get just as low as anything else.

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?
