Been at this cabinet shop for a couple months now, and we have the same deal. Doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground, takes credit when others are responsible for it, and sucks the bosses balls to get through the day. I would say his right hand is on the bosses @#$% all day so there is no enlightening the boss. Just waiting for the day he does fall on his face. sully Posted December 12, 2009 Author Report Share Posted December 12, 2009 Well I talked to my buddy at the shop today and he said to let the kid fail, I respect him enough not to get in the middle of it. He already has a plan to bail him out after the customer complains about the poor craftsmanship and build something badass to make the customer happy and take the whole install labor and leave the kid with nothing after he throws his box away. I found out who the customer is and he has been in the scene for prob 20 years and knows exactly what it should do and how he wants it. I'm 20 and I've never had a below impressive install and I'm unemployed right now... Ain't that a bitch. How'd this deal turn out?? It shouldn't have taken more than 2 day's to build and it's been a while. My latest project; 87 Accord Hatchback!... Only got my 6 1/2's in it right now...
