They can handle just about any ohm load imaginable(I saw a pair burped @ .25ohm strapped, meaning .125ohms each) as long as you have the electrical and they will put up some huge numbers. 1998 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer... Laronzo Posted December 14, 2009 Report Share Posted December 14, 2009 I run mine strapped at .5 daily without any problems, if I really pound on them they get a bit warm, but that is expected. I only have experience with the old 20.1s, but I hear the new ones are just as bulletproof with a bit more power in them.
