i wonna run it at 2 ohms, not 1, other vise i will kill my alt.

so i take 2 positive wire's and stick them in positive on amp, same thing with negative?

cause if i'm gonna run positive to positive and negative to negative on sub, it's gonna make it 1 ohm

its not like your alt is gonna blow up in a million pieces when you wire it to 1 ohm...

if you wanted to run 2 ohms then you shuldve gotten either a dual 4 ohm or a dual 1 ohm.

buuuuut since you got a dual 2 ohm w/o thinking how the hell am i gonna wire this up, your stuck with 1 ohm.

and yes, wire it like this 1_2ohm_dvc_1ohm.gif

COME ON bro

if you dont have the electrical to power ur amp then TURN THE GAIN DOWN, this is rocket science... wire it for 1 ohm and set the gain for 6-700w @1ohm end of story

whether you have it wired for 1 ohm or 2 ohm, YOU dictate how much power the sub gets by the GAIN setting

ur sub isnt going to magically get 1200w if you dont set ur gain for that

x2 this i can never stress this enough.

nfsplayer. go outside, rewire the sub, tune the gains with a digital multimeter (if you dont have one, go buy one, they're $20 for a cheap one) and there you go.

and decaf, it IS rocket science lol.
