ALPINE408 Posted December 30, 2009 Report Posted December 30, 2009 Its not loud unless its ugly.......thats the most annoying bullshit ever..it just means your a lazy ass that doesnt want to clean up your install Now I know your not a stupid guy BUT that's one of the dumbest things I heard you say in a "loud" spl type system every week you are tearing things out adding things amps subs doing box changes to add more DBS So you spend 2 weeks making an amp rack fiberglass carpet the box and a few days later your pitting new amps and subs to get louder and it don't fit/work that's 2 weeks wasted lost time I guess you have that time to waste a lot don't Now if someone finalize's there system that's the way it's will allways be and they know it you have a point My burban has gallons of fiberglass and mids and highs and paint amp racks neon sighns waiting to go in just not going to be pretty till I see the numbers I want Have you ever had your woofers blown?

My point was that i hear numberous people say loud isnt pretty if its not ugly then its not loud... the xxx truck was pretty it was 157 at 17hz imo thats loud the hummer was in the 57s also it was decent looking it doesnt have to be ugly to be loud, ripping stuff out and putting it in isnt somethign everyone does, its what competitors do, you dont have to rip stuff out every other week in order to have a loud system.

Clamped to the bat and 8 guage wire running to an amp that takes 4guage with no fuse's nothings wrong nothing at all Have you ever had your woofers blown?
