Almost had enough for my alts and tripple bracket with powder coating and poof gone! Pipes under my house froze and burst and now I had to get a plumber to come fix all of it :angry: Not anybody's problem but mine but I just felt like ranting a little. I'm renting but in my lease agreement my landlord snuck in that tennant was responsible for all repairs. Just left her office. I didn't see it when I signed but she waisted no time in pointing it out to me today when I went up there to tell her about the pipes bursting. I also try to wake up every few hours and flush all the toilets as-well. It is 18f outside right now, and going into the -'s (negitives) on fri/sat/sun in the mornings, this is 1 good cold snap. I used to rent out houses that I bought cheap back in 07/08 era, and the state of GA would only allow that (tenant needs to fix all repairs bullshit) if it WASNT AN "ACT OF GOD" (I think thats what the law stated in my state. Might want to look that up. You have no control over the outside temp, and therefore it is considered an "ACT OF GOD" See where im getting at?
