Not if you ask them to "higher" you lol. You guys have some horrible ideas for money. Do you live in a neighborhood? Mow grass and do yard work. You can work maybe 30mins-60mins everyday after school and make way more than you would at a local store...which is the ONLY practical "real" job to get at 16. SUCCESS is a decision, NOT a dream. 15VmaxXL Posted January 9, 2010 Report Posted January 9, 2010 Cracker barrel hires at 16. They pay good and your get raises real quick. If your good with people you can serve at 16. But i started as a bus boy/ dish bitch. For 8.50 and hour. made 9 bucks an hour in only 4 months. then i became a server and you average around 13-15 an hour depending on the night. You could make 3200 as a server in about 5 months. Thats counting a little spending money here and there. BUT DO IT NOW! Dont wait till you have your own bills. Then it will take you longer.
